The building is amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice little balcony. Greenery all around. Larger room than expected. Good feel to the place. Convenient location near helipad and auto stand.

I had a fantastic stay at this homestay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with complimentary toiletries provided. We had a wonderful stay at a homestay in a great location. The rooms werenice and neat, and we had access to a kitchen to cook our meals. The host, Rita, and her family were helpful and provided excellent Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed trying the delicious breakfasts with different Kerala dishes each day. I would highly recommend this place for its convenience, cleanliness, and cute atmosphere.

Wifi was weak.

I had a comfortable stay at Ritas thanks to the well-equipped room, which had a kitchenette allowing me to cook my own meals. The addition of a sofa in the room was a pleasant surprise, providing a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring. The provision of these amenities made my stay convenient and enjoyable.

com. the lack of a sufficient mosquito net on the window was a concern, as it allowed unwanted insects to enter the room. Although these issues slightly affected my experience, they did not overshadow the overall functionality and comfort of the accommodation.
